Your "available funds" are a running total, so there may be other fees from other listings and sales intermingled. Each payout can cover multiple transactions.
If you click PayOut ID here, it will have a complete breakdown of that Payout:
Thank you for your help. I saw on the link you referred me to that the pay out for the sale had two other buyer's shipping fees from those sales that have not yet been credited. That ebay invoicing method doesn't make things easy to understand.

I agree that it can be hard to understand. I have to give credit to my fellow Mentor @eastlaneave for the excellent macro explanation.
Please let me know if you still have any questions.

If you click PayOut ID here, it will have a complete breakdown of that Payout:
https://www.ebay.com/sh/fin/payouts
From your gross sales (Price + Shipping, if any + Sales Tax) eBay will deduct
Sales Tax (remitted to the state)
Shipping labels
Final Value Fees FVF
Insertion fees (if any)
Promoted listing fees (if any)
Store Fees (if any)
etc.
There is a nice video on this page about how to find your fees: https://export.ebay.com/en/fees-and-payments/seller-fees/
Here is a help page where you can learn about selling fees:
https://www.ebay.com/help/selling/fees-credits-invoices/selling-fees?id=4822
All of the deductions should be listed here:
https://www.ebay.com/sh/fin/transactions
Please look at the breakdown here of your payouts here:
