Payout failed but my money is missing from both bank and eBay balance

I need help regarding a failed eBay payout.
I requested a payout of $542 from my eBay seller account. The payout status showed "Funds sent", but my receiving bank (Grey) rejected the transaction.
Grey support has confirmed that the transaction was refunded successfully back to the sending bank (eBay/payment processor), but I still have not received the money back in my eBay balance.
It has been more than 1 month, and the funds are not:
❌ In my bank account
❌ Returned to my eBay available funds
