Payout Credits
My initial payout was sent to a closed account. I updated the account info. I went online and it reads that the payout was canceled and I receive a payout credit. I've been waiting 4 weeks thinking the payout would initiate automatically, but it hasn't. How do I access the credit and/or how do I initiate another payout?
