Payout checking account getting rejected

Hello, I've recently been trying to set up my payouts because I would like to sell items, but it keeps rejecting my checking account. Always gives the eBay can't verify your account or some bull**bleep**. They also don't take my card so I can't use that either. Help

You need a checking account located in a brick & mortar bank. A virtual checking account doesn't count. When the list of banks shows up, scroll to the bottom and select that your bank is not listed. Then enter the routing number for the bank as well as the checking account number.
