Payout blocked
It says in my details that payout was blocked, it is because my card declined it for some reason, so i changed the card and it never retried to payout again. Now my money is just sitting here not in funds or holding nothing. How do i fix this? The AI assistance is so bad.

You can not use Local Pick Up as an option for digital goods.
You will need to contact eBay customer service from #5 below but here are some tips that might help you.
All buyers payments are managed by eBay and sent to your linked checking account. eBay doesn't offer the debit card payout option at first.

Sometimes the problem is the checking account information was not set up correctly.
eBay won't tell what doesn't match for security reasons, this might be your problem.
1. Make sure that the ACH routing number is the correct one to use for deposits to your checking account. Sometimes banks have different ones for this type of deposit.
2 .The bank account must be a brick and mortar checking account, not a virtual one.
3. Your registered name and address on your eBay account must match your checking account and government ID exactly. You can not use a PO box for your registration but you can use it for your ship from and to addresses.
I had to add my middle name to my eBay account.
John B Doe is not the same as John Brian Doe.

AND Select Manage under the method you want to use then select Preferred for selling costs.
5. Here's how to contact a eBay customer service Managed Payments Agent:
On a computer go to your Seller Hub Overview page and click on SUMMARY

Next scroll down to the lower right corner and click on the ? mark. Then you will see a pop up and a button that says " Have us call you"
( If you don't see the option on this page to request a call back try back later during business hours of 9 to 5 PT. The option may not be available during high call volume times but this is the best way to contact a Managed Payments Agent)

OP10 months agoWell, that would be the issue but it tried to do a payout, but the card issuer i was using at the time “yesterday†Did not allow things like that for some reason. So when i changed the card it never retried to payout again, It says even frlm the delay i will still get the payout today. So im going tow ait a while and i will call them later at like 7 PM if i still don’t have the money. Thank you for the help though.

Mentor10 months agoHave you linked and verified a brick and mortar checking account? That is where your payouts need to go to begin with, not a card.

OP10 months agoI wanted to do the express payout thats why i wanted to do debit card. It is a bank card connected to a bank checking account

Mentor10 months ago@fischseller95. You can't do the express payout until after linking and verifying your brick and mortar checking account. The express payout option isn't available until eBay considers you an established seller.
eBay does sometimes show the Express option to new sellers but it fails to work.
