payout is blocked .ebay told delete your payoneer and re add . i do many times same problem .any advice .

#1 Make sure that your name and address match your Payoneer account exactly. I had to add my middle name to my eBay account. You can not use a PO box for registration but you can use it for the ship from and

#2 Enter your backup payment method for selling costs here:
