Payout amount
Hello, I had a few questions regarding payouts. I recently had an order that was around $100 and my debit card received the payout, however, it was only 30 dollars. Neither my bank account used for business expenses or my card have any money debited into the account recently. I use the payout feature that allows a payout within 30 minutes into my card, but the money is not there. I dont know if it needs more time or something else. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Go to your payment account and click on the payout to see the payment from the buyer, and what was deducted. You can then click on the payment to see the total from the buyer and the fees that were deducted.

OP8 months agoHello, the 100 was the remainder after the deduction.

If the actual payout was $30, you should see that amount in your payment account. Click on that amount to see what else was deducted from the $100.

OP8 months agoThe orders initial total was 140, after the deducted costs the total earnings were 102. However, my actual payout, which should be 102, is only 30. There arent any other costs and it just says my orders earnings are 102.

In your payment account, click on the payout, not on the buyer’s payment. You’re looking for the details of the $30 payout, not the order.
If you’re using the app, click payments in the account section. You will see an entry for the $30 payout. Click there and you will see a list of all of your payouts. Click on the $30 payout, scroll down to see the details under related transactions. You will see the buyer payment, your purchase of the shipping label and then what else was deducted.
