Im trying to set up my payouts. But ebay is saying the name on my card doesn't match the name on my account, yet all of my info is the same. How do I fix this?

The name on your eBay account has to match the name on your CHECKING ACCOUNT, not sure what "card" you are referring too? Debit perhaps? A checking account has to be provided first before a Debit card can be added if memory serves.

OP7 months agoIt is the debit card for my checking account that is already linked and approved.

So you are already getting payouts sent to your checking account?
If you want them sent to your Debit card via Express Payouts it will cost you $ 2.00 each time money is sent ...

If you get a Chat box Type “AGENT in the box. You can also contact eBay through Social Media if you have accounts there.

OP7 months agoI have yet to receive a payout and want to have a method for express payout. Ty for your responses!

Mentor7 months agoI believe that you must have received a payout to your verified checking account before you can set up a debit card to receive an express payout.
