PAYOUT?
I'm trying to use my debit card for express payout. eBay says the names don't "match". My card and my name on eBay. I've tried matching the name, delete and re-enter debit, I can't even have payouts at all.
Note, I've been able to use this card before for payout.

Mentor1 month agoWhy pay $2 for each payout to a debit card? Just specify your checking account number and daily payouts so you are not charged that $2 fee.
