So someone said they paid already and are requesting a refund now i dont have an active bank account so how does that work i never recieved funds and i domt owe anyone a refund so what am i suppose to do ?

Mentor2 years agoeBay requires you to fund the refund, then they will release the payment to you. That is how refunds work for all of us.
Without a bank account, you will not be able to receive the buyer’s payment. How were you going to deal with that after having sold your item?
You can pay for the refund using a credit card, but you can not receive the payment to a credit card. If you have a card on file, you can edit that card to make it your preferred method for selling costs. https://ppcapp.ebay.com/myppc/wallet/list
