Question

If been instructed that I need to update my seller account. I am suppose to find an email in my messages. That email does not exist. I’ve gone over this several times over several days and can’t get it done. My item has sold and my money is sitting there. My bank info is all there. Just can’t find this message they want me to verify. Completely frustrated and about to say screw this and lose my money. Scott

Check your eBay messages here and look under messages from eBay:

If there is no message there, then this is not something other members can fix from the forum. Since the sale was back on May 2 and the payout is still not released, eBay needs to tell you exactly what account update or verification is missing.

I would not walk away from the money. At this point it sounds like a stuck verification/account update issue that needs eBay to correct or resend, not something you are overlooking
