Question

Hello,I have got paid out of my transaction and it was Visa card on file that does not activated since January 2026 means wrong card, and I have updated new payout account number on the system. I am wonder where is my money went. ThanksMd Farukuzzaman

Ebay payouts usually go to the checking account a seller has on file.

@srconne4 The payout should have bounced back to eBay. Then sent again to your new account. You can use a Debit card for payouts but be aware that there is a $2 fee for EACH payout to the card, even regularly scheduled payouts.

Here's how to change bank accounts and if you have any problems you can contact eBay customer service for help from #3

#1 First make sure your name and address on your eBay account match your new bank account exactly:

#2 Next try this: Go to your payments page and select Add Payment option.

Then if the old account is not automatically deleted you will need to delete it.

#3 If you still can not change banks then you will need to contact eBay customer service for help
