Mentor8 months ago@xpnsawdust You may not be eligible for spendable funds since you are a fairly new member.
Try changing your payout schedule to Monthly, you can change it back.
Go to this page> https://www.ebay.com/sh/fin change to Monthly
Next see if you have the option to Enroll in Spendable Funds on the same page under What's New ( If you don't see a What's New box then you are not eligible)
Note that you do have to enroll in 2 factor authentication and it can't be turned off.
Once enrolled in Spendable funds you can not opt out. You can choose how you wish to pay on the checkout page once you are part of the program. Payouts will be made using on On Demand once they are no longer on hold.

You have to enroll in spendable funds before this option is available at checkout. Did you do that?

There is a feature called spendable funds that lets you pay with your sales proceeds, but it is not available site wide. Check your payment account to see if there is a link to enroll. https://www.ebay.com/sh/fin/summary
