Payout
I sold a couple items on eBay like I've done many time, but underneath the amount of money from those sales it says, "These funds aren't available for payout, but you can use them to cover selling costs."
Does this mean the funds won't be deposited in my bank account?

That means they aren't ready for payout yet
There are a couple of steps the money goes through.
- Processing
- Payment Holds (if any)
- Payout, which happens automatically after any holds.
Once you are established on eBay, the money will reach your bank account in a couple of days.
New sellers usually need to wait until delivery to get paid.
When eBay sends the Payout, it is 1-3 days before the payment is in your bank account.
