Payout
Got my first payout and the amount was way off from what my released available funds were. Now my released available funds is zero. Got paid like $13 and it should have been around $82. Only thing on hold is the orders that are still waiting to be delivered. Any help appreciated. Thanks

That sounds frustrating.
Your "available funds" are a running total, so there may be other fees from other listings and sales intermingled. Each payout can cover multiple transactions. Shipping for items that you sold come from Available funds first.

From your gross sales (Price + Shipping, if any + Sales Tax) eBay will deduct
Sales Tax (remitted to the state)
Shipping labels
Final Value Fees FVF
Insertion fees (if any)
Promoted listing fees (if any)
Store Fees (if any)
