When an item sells you ship within your stated handling time to the address provided on the order details.
For items that are Authenticated they will first go to the Authenticator and then eBay inspects the item before they are sent to the buyer.
Be sure to get a signature on delivery if the sale totals $750 or more as it's required for tracking proof of delivery, even to the authenticity center.
As a fellow seller I understand that waiting for your payout is frustrating.
Fund holds are normal for new and returning sellers.
New or infrequent sellers will experience transaction holds while learning best selling practices. This helps sellers become established and build a strong selling history on eBay. New sellers typically experience holds for up to 30 days, although sometimes it may be longer
