Payout
Hello, I am new to selling things on ebay but for the most part I have gotten the hang of the fees and other things ebay takes out after selling an item. However I just got a payout of 6.27 for two orders that were 46.58 and 28.60 and I think that is absolutely ridiculous. I have sold for higher amounts before and have never been deducted this much and I was just wondering what was going on or what happened if anyone knew. Under the payout breakdown it looks like it charged me for several shipping labels which I dont understand at all. I am just wondering if this is normal or if there should be something i do about it. Ebay is starting to look more and more like a scam the more i sell on here.

Mentor1 year ago@andkim58 Keep in mind that buyers pay you for shipping and you purchase the shipping label. The cost of the shipping label is subtracted from your payout.
That sounds frustrating.
Your "available funds" are a running total, so there may be other fees from other listings and sales intermingled. Each payout can cover multiple transactions.
If you click PayOut ID here, it will have a complete breakdown of that Payout:
https://www.ebay.com/sh/fin/payouts
From your gross sales (Price + Shipping, if any + Sales Tax) eBay will deduct
Sales Tax (remitted to the state)
Shipping labels
Final Value Fees FVF
Insertion fees (if any)
Promoted listing fees (if any)
Store Fees (if any)
etc.
There is a nice video on this page about how to find your fees: https://export.ebay.com/en/fees-and-payments/seller-fees/
Here is a help page where you can learn about selling fees:

All of the deductions should be listed here:

Please look at the breakdown here of your payouts here:
