Payoneer blocked me
Hello, Payoneer blocked me and I have been communicating with them via email and they are not telling me why this happened, how come I didn't ask, how come I didn't try, they are not answering me why my account was suspended, moreover, they are writing to me not to try to register again and that my account will not be restored, they are telling me to contact eBay, I am shocked by this action, I can't imagine my account being canceled for no reason, I haven't even made any transactions, I was going through the verification process, I uploaded an ID document which they successfully verified, then they asked me for a bank statement with the address attached, I went to the bank, made an application, paid the amount because it was a non-standard document, generally they don't have an address on the statement, I had it specially prepared and uploaded and they didn't accept this document, then I went to the bank and asked They prepared exactly the same content as Payoneer had uploaded in the "examples". As soon as I uploaded this document in pdf format, it was successfully sent and it said that they were reviewing it. A few hours later, I tried to log into my account to verify, where it said "Account blocked. Contact us." After that, I had communication. If necessary, I will inform you of this communication by email. And I could not get any reason for this action. Therefore, I am asking you to maybe clarify what is happening if you have information about this, or how can I sell something on eBay without Payoneer, or how to sell in general.

·1 year agoUnfortunately, eBay can’t help you with this. It’s between you and Payoneer. And there’s no way for you to get paid for anything you sell on eBay without a Payoneer account.
