Paymenys on Hold
Does anyone know how to get a hold of ebay to see why they are withholding payments from buyers even though items were delivered weeks ago but ebay shipping is not updating shipping status. This is so frustrating. I am new to selling on ebay but thinking if its this hard to get payments from ebay I may not sell on ebay.

Have you set up your checking account for Managed Payments? If not, do that ASAP. See this link:

USPS sends tracking information to eBay. Be sure you are getting an acceptance scan from your carrier or post office when you ship to get the tracking started. All of my shipments show tracking and are updated regularly including at delivery.

OP5 months agoI have everything set up. I can put the tracking in at usps web site and it says delivered, but on ebay it still says "shipped" and has FedEx as the carrier but I mailed at the post office.
