Payments on hold to review details

Question

I’ve tried to request payout 3 times tonight and called eBay support 3 times an had a suspension reinstated 2 times just tonight an the 3 rd time I tried to request my payout it put a temporary hold on my funds to review some details. **bleep** is th issue?

As a new seller your payments will be held from 21-30 days, until you prove to be a reliable seller. The funds are released usually from 3 to 5 days after an item's tracking shows delivered, but that time my be longer for expensive items. It usually takes being an active seller for 90 days, completing 25 sales and or selling $250 worth of items without problems. You seem to have had an issue with your first sale, and didn't handle it properly. You apparently tried to stick by your No Returns policy, which is trumped by ebay's Money Back Guarantee (MBG) , when items arrive damaged or not as described in some way. Not dealing with that issue properly, may extend the time the hold remains in place.
