Payments on hold suddenly
Summary: rabdar is experiencing a hold on their payments for the first time in three years of selling. They recently encountered a situation where a buyer filed a complaint regarding a delivery issue on a platform, resulting in a refund to the buyer who retained the item. rabdar is concerned about being placed on probation due to this claim.
My payments are on hold suddenly until 3 days after delivery.
This has not happened to me in 3 years of selling
I recently had someone file a complaint about something I sent through Ebay international hub--claimed they selected DHL as delivery(I do not offer that service) and that the "courier was rude to them and tried to deliver on saturday" Ebay refunded them and they got to keep the item
Am I now on some sort of "probation" due to this claim? Makes no sense.

Mentor1 month agoIf you shipped through the eBay International Shipping program then this was handled incorrectly. When the buyer contacted you you should have called customer service and explained that this was an EIS shipment and eBay itself was responsible. Yes, eBay refunded them out of their own pocket and did not charge you for the refund correct? There should not have been any mark against your account.
