Payments on hold due to business verification
Is it just me, or has eBay been driving everyone crazy? Selling on eBay for 18 years with 100% positive feedback, I changed my address, same city and zip and they started withholding payments until they receive information that I already sent. I have sent in a dozen different forms of proof with no luck. I was able to speak with someone who walked me through what was supposed to resolve the issue. It didn't work. Now I am unable to contact eBay by phone or email
