Payments on hold because of restrictions, yet message says the restrictions have been lifted.
Hello,
Recently I sold two items on eBay back in June. Due to personal reasons, these items were sold at a separate address, and I had to move to a new address shortly after. I updated my banking information and as a result of this, because of the address change, I had to verify my identity on here. I wasn't able to do this until this month. I made two attempts. The first attempt with my ID said it could not verify it, so I waited a few days before I could do it again. When I attempted again, it gave me the same reasoning, and I also offered my banking information. However, after this attempt, I received a message in my eBay inbox saying that the restrictions on my account were lifted. But when I go to the payments I received for those two items I sold in June, it is still giving me the message that my account is restricted.
Anway I can resolve this?
