Payments on hold
I recently purchased something on eBay , three days later I noticed I had a shipping label but no shipment. I contacted seller and seller said eBay recommended they have item hold at usps while funds get released. I purchased on the 25 of July the seller tells me fund want get released until Aug09 . I looked of some forums and seen eBay release two to three businesses days . And sellers will get money sometime after insuring buyers satisfaction . What to do ?

if u don't receive your item by the last estimated delivery date on your order details page, open an item not received case
