Payments on Hold
Summary: kylm-1 created a discussion titled "Payments on Hold" but did not include any content in the initial post.
My payments are on hold until I verify my banking information. My banking information has not changed since I became an Ebay seller. So I go ahead and go through the verification process and give Ebay my correct routing and account numbers. One minute I'm told that I'm good to go - then a minute later, I'm asked to reverify the banking information. This is driving me nuts. I can't seem to get the system to accept my info - which again HAS NOT CHANGED.
Of course trying to contact Ebay support is an exercise in insanity. The bot is useless and only wants to point me to a group of articles that are also useless. Has anyone had this same experience? How do I get out of this loop?
