Payments on hold
I keep getting the message from eBay "Your payouts are on hold because we need more info to verify your account details. You can provide these details by going to the notification we sent you in Seller Hub and in your Messages in My eBay." I have not sold on eBay in over five years. Neither listed or sold. Why do they keep bugging me. Without sales I cannot have any payouts. What do y'all think?

First, make sure the registered name on ebay matches exactly to the name on your checking account. You can make any changes here:
My ebay > Summary > Account > Personal information
Make sure you supply a physical street address. You can change to your P.O. box later.
