Payments on hold

Question

An item I sold was picked up locally after shipping label was created. I have and the buyer has emailed EBay but they are still holding payment until delivery

Cancel the label for refund, if you have not already done that. The refund takes about 3 weeks.

Go to Track and manage your shipments in Seller Hub or Manage shipping labels in My eBay.
Find the item you'd like to cancel the shipping label for, then from the Actions column, select Cancel Label.
Choose your reason for canceling the label.
Select Send request.

Since you did not sell with local pickup and get a pickup confirmation code, you will have to wait 30 days for your payment to be released.
