Payments on hold
I have three sports cards that I shipped and each buyer has confirmed receipt in messages with them with no issues. However, tracking has been showing as ‘out for delivery’ for over a week with USPS. This is holding up my payouts. How the heck do I get these released to me??

Mentor7 months agoThe ebay Standard Envelope is metered mail and is "read" by the high speed sorting machines in the hubs, which is why there are strict requirements as to size and flexibility. You can try tracking the envelope at any of these sites:

https://www.trackmyshipment.co/shipment-tracking
https://parcelsapp.com/en/carriers/easyship
If you have to refund the buyer for an Item Not Delivered case, you can get reimbursed here:

OP7 months agoAll items still show as 'tracking not available' on the usps site. or 'out for delivery' for days.

OP7 months agoI've tried multiple times to contact USPS too. I've tried contacting USPS only to get disconnected by the automated system and never reach an actual person. What am I missing? When I enter the tracking number provided by Ebay, usps says no tracking available

Infrequent sellers are subject to payment holds of up to thirty days.

OP7 months agoI restarted selling over a month ago. Through November, i understand. But now in December all of my sales are releasing payouts immediately. I've made over 30 sales in December alone with no issues. So, my previous sales are still under my status as an 'infrequent seller' and i'm subject to the USPS?
