Payments on hold
Anyone else getting their payouts put on hold for ZERO reason? I have been buying/selling for 20+ years, never had a single complaint or dispute, item was paid for yesterday and I shipped it today. Imagine my surprise when I find out that I’ve shipped the item, paid for shipping, listed the tracking number and I can’t have my money for 30 days!?! The not help page lists all kinds of reasons why this could happen, none apply. The not help page also says they will email you if this happens - yep, no email. My last item paid out like it should, this one I’m just out of luck? I tried chatting with an agent, the answer is call us, no chat. I do not want to call or be called, I want to be paid. So now I have shipped an item, paid for the shipping and I have zero funds for any of it? Sounds fair

I only see 4 recent sales for you, your other feedbacks as a seller are over a year old, so you would be considered an infrequent seller.
According to Ebay: New or infrequent sellers will experience transaction holds while learning best selling practices. This helps sellers become established and build a strong selling history on eBay. New sellers typically experience holds for up to 30 days, although sometimes it may be longer

OP2 years agoThis reasoning makes no sense, until this exact sale, all sales have paid out immediately. This one sale is suddenly triggering me to be infrequent?

Off topic, but why do you have a photo of an Amazon sold item (with seller info & price) on your Ebay listing?

OP2 years agoShows the actual retail of the item.

Mentor2 years ago@karimar01 Fund holds are normal for new and returning sellers. You had a break from selling which is why you are subject to fund holds again.

You can see the fund holds policy on this page> https://www.ebay.com/help/selling/getting-paid/getting-paid-items-youve-sold/payments-hold?id=4816&st=
