Payments on hold,
I sold an item on eBay, the seller paid for shipping also, I paid for the label via eBay. But when I shipped the item I accidentally bought a label at the post office and shipped the item. It was received. Now eBay is holding my funds for 14 days because I did not use their label, even though eBay has verified the tracking number as being delivered, they still refuse to release my funds until the 14 days has expired, I call this, extortion and holding my funds hostage. Any comments? And help?

As a new seller, you are subject to payment holds. This is not extortion and it is not holding your funds hostage. It also has nothing to do with whether or not you purchased your label on eBay.
Hopefully you uploaded the tracking number from the PO label to the order details. If you didn't, do that ASAP.
