Payments for my sales
Hi! Please help me to figure out. I will appreciate any help! While waiting for my first earnings ($17.05) someone else bought another item for $15.65. The payment for my first sale was expected on March 20. Today I saw that eBay paid me only $9.38. But it says that the payment is still pending on $23.20 (since my second order is still delivering). So my first question. I wonder why eBay did not pay me the full amount for the first sale? Only a part? Although it says that the first order was paid me out. And the buyer confirmed the order also. And the second question. It turns out that the total payment will be 32.70 (17.05 + 15.65). But now the pending amount is 23.20 + 9.38 (what has already been paid) = 32.58. It turns out that 12 cents disappeared somewhere. I have set up payment via bank account so there should not be any additional fees. Please help me figure it out. I hope I explained it clearly. Thanks for any answers!

Shipping is always paid from available funds, not matched to the buyer’s payment. So you are seeing the shipping for the your second sale deducted from the proceeds for the first sale.
I think if you go to your payment account and look at the details of the payout you received, and the remaining transactions, it will make more sense.https://www.ebay.com/sh/fin
