Mentor10 months agoYes, that is the way it is done usually. Buyers inspect the vehicle and then turn over the money. eBay does offer a payment method that can be used but it lengthens the time for the buyer to receive the vehicle and the vehicle is not seen until after the payment process concludes.
You need to remember that there is no eBay Money Back Guaranty on vehicle sales. The vehicle may be covered by the Vehicle Purchase Protection plan but specific steps must be followed for it to be in force and there are some limitations.
