Payments didn't go through to bank account
I sold two items, they were delivered on March 11th and April 4th but I still don't have payments for them. If this is a banking issue how do I explain this?

First, make sure the registered name on ebay matches exactly to the name on your checking account. You can make any changes here:
My ebay > Summary > Account > Personal information
Make sure you supply a physical street address. You can change to your P.O. box later.

OP4 months agoEverything's the same, I've had other payments deposit it's just those two that didn't.

Mentor4 months agoIs one of the items that $800 card that had to go through the Authenticity Guarantee? If so, it takes time to get to the authenticator, time to authenticate, and then time to ship to the buyer.

OP4 months agoNo, that already paid out, it was the first card I sold for $40 back in March and a bundle for $20 in early April. That's the problem, other stuff processed fine but it's just those two.
