Hello everyone,
I'm looking for advice from experienced sellers because I have not been able to get a clear answer from eBay Support.
I have been an eBay seller since April 2014 and have been a Top Rated Seller for several consecutive years, so I am not a new seller and I have a long history of successfully completing transactions.
Since December 2025, every one of my payments has been placed on hold. Most of my shipments are sent using eBay Standard Envelope, and because the tracking is often incomplete or delayed, my funds remain on hold even after delivery.
Now I have an even more concerning issue.
few of my orders currently shows:
"On hold — funds available Jul 17."
Today is July 20, and the funds are still not available even though the stated release date has already passed.
Yesterday I requested two callback appointments through eBay Support, but I never received either call.
Has anyone else experienced funds remaining on hold after the stated release date, especially as a long-time Top Rated Seller?
I'm also trying to understand why every payment has been placed on hold since December 2025 and what steps, if any, are required to have these holds removed.
Any advice or shared experience would be greatly appreciated.
