How do I make payment if I win or bid and offer without deducting from my payment method in place?

Mentor7 months agoIf the seller has their buyer requirements set to "Require buyers to provide a payment method before they place a bid/offer" your payment would automatically come from your payment method you have on file.
You would have seen this message on the "place bid" screen:
"By selecting Place bid, you authorize eBay to bid up to your max bid and, if you win, charge your bid amount and related costs to your account."
