I sold an item, shipped it off, and accidentally inputted the tracking incorrectly and lost the receipt. I messaged the buyer and let him know. He was cool with it and successfully messaged me when he received the package. Now I am stuck with funds on hold and am unable to proceed. Any help with next steps? I've reached out to the assistant but was no help.

As a new seller, you are subject to payment holds (typically up to 30 days). Since you lost the tracking #, you can't add it to the order, so there is nothing more to do unless the buyer doesn't receive the item or it arrives damaged or otherwise not as described.
