i sold an item which was delivered and buyer has received it but order says not delivered even though tracking number says it has ebay are holding payment how do you resolve auto agent is useless

Mentor1 year agoGo to the Sold & shipped item, click on the tracking number to be taken to the carrier's website. Look for the link to enter your email address to be sent updated tracking information. That should lead the carrier to updating the tracking number to ebay.
