I like to leave a comment about the feedback you gave for some sellers.
The last red ball is a mistake. I suggest to ask your seller to send you a Feedback Revision Request.
The first red ball is not necessary, if you request a return for an item that is that bad.

OP3 years agoDirectly into my account. I'm new to this so didn't really know what I was doing! I ended up giving him my account details so he could pay in directly. The item is coming up on my account as sold and paid but he's still getting overdue reminders.

·3 years agoWait! You gave a buyer your account details? This is fee avoidance and ebay does not like that. You’ve gotten yourself into a bind if I’m reading this right. What details did you give them? Is your bank/ PayPal account at risk? I’d be awfully concerned if I were you. I have no idea how to fix this.

Mentor3 years agoNEVER give out account information of any kind. Buyer must pay through the ebay checkout. Did you get notice from ebay that he paid and the ok to ship the item? If not, do NOT ship until ebay tells you to.
Come back and tell us exactly what info your gave buyer. Do NOT ship on just a payment notice email, which can be faked with the information your gave them.

Mentor3 years agoIf he paid into your ebay account through the ebay checkout and ebay gave you the ok to ship, then you are fine. However, there was no need for the buyer to ask for any information to do so, only scammers try this.
Did you use ebay to print the shipping label? If not make sure you have upload the tracking number manually.
