Why am i getting this error when i have my credit card and or venmo set up?

All eBay accounts have limits; new accounts have lower limits.
There are limits to the number and amount of open bids, offers and unpaid purchases, including items that may have been cancelled. You may have to wait for some auctions you are bidding on to end with you having been outbid or having won and paid, or for offers to expire or be accepted and paid for, or for current purchases to be paid for.
