Mentor2 years agoWhich browser and operating system are you using? Latest versions? Some mac users seem to be having problems.
Can you complete a purchase if you use a different browser?
Or a different device?

OP2 years agoI went through the laborious task of supposedly switching the browser of my eBay from Outlook to iCloud. I have both on my iPad. Although I have used Microsoft for years, I was hoping the switch to Apple would improve the matter, but it did not. I still couldn’t pay for anything. It had locked. And the experience of changing email addresses and passwords (to iCloud) was a roller coaster ride of confusion and repetition of steps. I guess my iPad is too old. I was hoping the payment process on eBay wouldn’t have suddenly changed to 5G. That’s all I can figure out. 😑 Dammit!

Mentor2 years ago"Use a different browser" just means: open Firefox, sign in to eBay and try to add an item to a cart or make a purchase and see if it works.
If you don't already have Firefox installed, install Firefox first -- or some other browser besides the one you currently use.
None of that has anything to do with Outlook, iCloud, changing email addresses or 5G.
