Mentor2 years agoIf you are a Seller on eBay, you need to have a backup payment method on file with eBay. That is in their Terms and Conditions. If you only purchase on eBay, they are rolling out new programs that require more Buyers to pay immediately for their purchases. This is to attempt to eliminate nonpayment transactions.
You could go into your Account Settings and remove your credit card information, but you would not be able to sell on eBay and might be completely restricted from buying.
