I am new to eBay selling, I sold an item that looked as if buyer had paid. I received notification that buyer received item and I still have not been paid by buyer. What can I do?

Mentor2 years agoDid you print the shipping label using ebay shipping? If so, then the tracking number is automatically uploaded to the transaction. ebay will process the payment to your specified checking account when the tracking number shows DELIVERED to your buyer.
If you did not use ebay to print the shipping label, then you will need to upload the tracking number from the program you used to print the shipping label. Go to
Seller Hub > Orders > Awaiting shipment
Locate the transaction and upload the tracking number.
