Mentor2 years agoLots of users seem to be complaining about such prepaid cards since July. It is not clear if the problem is a technical issue, a policy change or something else, and eBay has not said one way or the other as far as I can tell.
Try using a different payment method on eBay, and use your card elsewhere, if possible.
