Payment turnaround
Seller has accepted my offer. eBay has my credit card info. Seller is asking how soon they can expect payment; will not ship item until they do. How soon is the seller paid by eBay?

Is the Seller a New Seller? If so their funds could be placed on Hold for up to 21 days and longer if the purchase was over $ 1,000. If you went through the eBay checkout and paid the Seller needs to ship and upload a valid tracking number within their Handling time or they will get a late shipping defect.
How long it takes eBay to pay the Seller is not something Buyers are involved with. The money goes through eBay-Adyen (Payment processor) and is then sent to the Seller's bank account ... this will take a few days but again, that is not the Buyer's concern. If the Seller is new they may not know how the money changes hands.
