Mentor11 months agoYou cannot force the buyer to pick up the item, as they have received notice that the item is held. You will just have to be patient, as there is nothing you can do to speed up the process.

Actually, that is not holding up your funds. Packages being held for pickup may be the result of your customer being on vacation and having their mail held until they return.
What is holding up your funds is the fact that you are a new Seller and your funds can be held for up to 30 days regardless of the delivery status of the package or Buyer's Feedback. Payments on hold | eBay

but until item is “delivered†and confirmed with tracking …ebay will not even start the process

No, eBay views a packing waiting for pick up the same as it was delivered.
