Payment still on hold
Hi! I post a listing on April 14th and the sold not even moments later. I shipped the item and the item arrived at the location. The seller said they received it and even opened it. However, they haven’t reported getting the item or if they had any complications? The payment is still on hold and it has been 8 days of the buyer having the item. What am I supposed to do, just wait?

Your first payout will be about 30 days after delivery.
If you didn't add tracking to that sale, please do so now.
The tracking number will be printed on the receipt (USPS tracking number is usually a 22-digit number)
- Go to the Sold section of My eBay. https://www.ebay.com/mys/sold
- From More actions, select Add tracking number.
- Add, edit or delete the tracking number and the carrier.
- Select Submit.
