Payment "scam"?
I would like to know when only in some instances when I make a purchase on Ebay, I am charged a $0.50 charge for "Road Improvement and Food Delivery Fee". I asked the last seller, and they said it is because of something in my state, and it is really messed up. Of course, I was also charged a tax. Sounds like a scam to me.

There are 2 states that have added a ‘retail delivery fee’ to their sales tax menu - MN & CO. Read the detail here -
