    Payment Removed from Account but never Received
                     

    We had someone place an order. As we went to ship it, they canceled the order. The money never deposited into our account but EBay took money from our bank account for it. We need that $444 out back into our account IMMEDIATELY since we were never paid this.

    It can take 30 days after your sale for the buyer's money to be deposited in your account, even if have issued a refund.

     

    I suggest you contact eBay customer service to enquire.


    eBay doesn't have an incoming phone line for either buyers or sellers. However, you can have eBay call you, here
