Payment problems on a purchase
I used PayPal and for some reason it defaulted to a payment option with insufficient funds. The seller already shipped item . But I need a new invoice option to finish payment. How do I get a new invoice or a refreshed window to submit a different form of payment? I contacted the seller but they referred me back to Ebay for help. How do I Pay ?
