payment on hold for the flimsiest of reasons
Well, it seems listing with ebay is hit or miss. I sold an item last month (06-13009-12168), it was delivered to the buyer on May 1. But ebay states the funds are on hold due to wrong zip code! Spoke to buyer who stated otherwise. I requested he get in touch with ebay to straighten out this **bleep**. He stated he cannot get past the AI bots online, the same issue I have as well. So, as I have many other items to list here, i am now hesitant to do so if I am in for a world of confusion over payments. In my old mail order biz, the client paid first before item was shipped. Apparently, ebay does it differently...they get their cut, the state gets their taxes and the seller is at their mercy. Frustrating that I cannot seem to get it resolved by a real human being.
